Bookings

To book your appointment, please click the 'Request to Book' button or alternatively you can call 07718855052 and leave a message with your name & contact number and we will call you back.

Consultation and deposits.

 

At Blossom Day Spa & Academy a consultation must be completed prior to any treatment being carried out and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. You can find the requirements below. 

Please Note: The deposit is taken off your total treatment amount and the remaining balance can be paid in full either before your treatment or at reception on the day of your treatment.

Manicure, Pedicure, Face by Thalgo, Advanced Electrical Facials, Massage, Body Wraps & Scrubs 

A consultation form will be sent to you via E-mail prior to your visit, or if preferred you can complete your consultation form upon arrival of your appointment. Once we have received your completed consultation form or, you request your consultation form to be completed onsite, a conformation of your booking will be sent to you and a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 will be required (an invoice will be sent to you with your booking conformation). The deposit will need to be paid 24 hours prior your appointment, this is to secure your appointment. Please Note: The deposit is taken off your total treatment amount and the remaining balance can be paid in full either before your treatment or at reception on the day of your treatment.

Brow & Lash services

A consultation and skin test will be required at the minimum of 48 hours before the treatment can be carried out. This will be completed in the day spa and a non-refundable deposit of £15.00 will be required.

The deposit is taken off your total treatment amount and the remaining balance can be paid in full either before your treatment or at reception on the day of your treatment. 

Advanced Treatment Microneedling, IPRF, Skin Booster, B12 treatments 

Microneedling & Skin Booster

For Microneedling and Skin Booster treatments a consultation is required 14 days before the treatment can be carried out. This will take place at the day spa. This consultation will include a skin test - just like a skin test for colour/ tint. A small amount of the selected product/s will be placed on the neck or inner arm. This is to ensure that there is no irritation or allergies to the products - we like to eliminate as much potential risk as possible. This consultation is an additional none-refundable charge of £25.00 however, if you choose to go ahead with the Microneedling service the consultation cost (£25.00) will be used towards the non-refundable deposit of £25.00 to secure your appointment, the deposit is then taken off your total treatment amount and the remaining balance can be paid in full either before your treatment or at reception on the day of your treatment.

IPRF and B12 injection

A consultation is required 14 days before the treatment can be carried out. This will take place at the day spa, and a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 will be required. The remaining balance can be paid in full at time of consultation or on the day of your treatment. The deposit is taken off your total treatment amount and the remaining balance can be paid in full either before your treatment or at reception on the day of your treatment. 


Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is a 24 hour notice period, we kindly request that you contact us at your earliest convenience if you will not be able to attend your appointment or you need to reschedule your appointment. In the case of a 'No Show', and no contact has been made prior to this, the none refundable deposit will be used in-place of a cancelation fee.

The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Medical history and information (for example, medical conditions, medication, allergies)

 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • As part of the consultation process. This is to determine whether the treatment or service can be carried out.

We use the information that you have given us in order to

  • Determine whether the treatment or service can be carried out.

  • Establish if the client/ customer is able or not able to have the treatment or service, if medical conditions, medication or contraindications are present this will determine if the treatment is safe or unsafe to be carried out on the client/ customer. 

We may share this information with Vindoc Medical Academy and Suppliers only for IV and B12 treatments.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Blossom Day Spa & Academy ltd.

(b) We have a legal obligation.

(c) We have a legitimate interest.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. We keep the information you provide (for example, name address, medical history) for 7 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting this information electronically, or if filled as a hard copy/ paper copy, we will shred all documents.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

 

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
